FAQ

Questions before you start

Everything you need to know before stepping on the mat.

01

Do I need experience to join a class?

Not at all. Our classes welcome students of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Teachers offer modifications for every pose so you can practise safely at your own pace.

02

What should I bring to class?

We provide mats, blocks, straps and bolsters. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing and bring a water bottle. If you prefer your own mat, you are welcome to bring it.

03

Can I cancel or reschedule a class?

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the class starts at no charge, from your account or by contacting the studio.

04

How early should I arrive?

Ten minutes before class gives you time to check in, roll out a mat and settle. The door closes as class begins so the room stays quiet.

05

Do you offer private sessions?

We do. One-to-one sessions are 75 minutes and can be booked with any of our teachers through the contact page.

06

Is there parking or bicycle storage?

There is a courtyard for bicycles behind the studio and paid street parking along the canal. Amstel station is a five minute walk.
